Customer - Covers issues such as customer setup and maintenance.

Order Processing - Covers processing of orders on hold, pick-list printing, order inquiry and reporting of sales order information.

The automatic on-line posting of payment, and invoice adjustment transactions assures that the open balance and available credit for each customer are continuously available.  As soon as activity is applied to a customer's invoice, or a new invoice is created, the customer's available credit is updated to allow the processing of additional sales.  The AR System supports Foreign Currency Processing, and it allows you to maintain multiple cash clearing and accounts receivable control  accounts.
