Contact Comments – Creation and Maintenance

Comments or text notes can be attached to contact records and accessed from within several different places in the CRM application.  The following section describes how to view, edit and create comment records for contacts.  For more information about comments including comment security options, comment shortcut or function keys, and other comment features, please see the comments application note (there is a link to the Comment document in the Application Notes section of this document).
