Editing an existing sales order or quote

Open Sales Orders and Quotes can be edited at any time if they are not currently being picked.  “Picking is the process of pulling the goods for the order from stock and the completing the order (in whole or in part).    An order can be located and selected for editing from several different places in the CRM module.  The “Views” or programs from which a customer quote, sales order or loaner can be edited include the following.

•      Customer Manager

•      Contact Manager

•      Company Lookup

•      Sales Order Lookup View
