Holds Button

When a sales order is selected in the Sales Order Lookup program and the Holds Button is pressed, the system activates the Holds for Sales Order Lookup program and it loads the program with any Sales Order Hold Records that have been created for the selected order.  The Holds for Sales Order program can also be used to the clear the individual open hold records for the order.  The operators’ ability to clear specific holds in the program is based on the Sales Order Hold release rights that have been granted to the operator by the System Administrator.
