Holds for Sales Order Lookup
The Holds for Sales Order Lookup program displays the hold records that have been created for the selected sales order. The Opens Only Checkbox in the program can be used to display all holds or only the open holds for each order.
The Holds for Sales Order Lookup also allows the operator to release open holds for the order. The holds that each operator may release are based on the release rights that have been granted to the operator. These release rights are displayed in the lower left corner of the program.
Opens Only Checkbox
If the Opens Only Checkbox is selected, the system will display only the status “O” or open hold records for the selected order. If the Opens Only Checkbox is not selected, the system will show all hold records for the current sales order.
