The Account Period Detail Lookup is used to display the journal entry lines that are associated with a specific Account Period record. The Account Period Detail Lookup program displays each journal entry line that was posted to the account, sub account, division, department, year, and period combination that was selected when the Account Period Detail Lookup program was activated.
When the Account Period Detail Lookup program is activated, the header of the program will display the period, division, year, account and sub-account that were selected when the program was called. The lower section of the program will display any journal entry lines that were posted to the selected account period record. Once a valid account period record has been selected, you may use the Zoom and Expand options to view additional information about the displayed journal entry lines.
