The Account Period Detail Panel allows you to display information for a single Account Period record.
The Account Period Detail Panel can also be used to enter and/or edit the budget and forecast amounts that are maintained in each Account Period record, and to access the Field help system which provides you with information about the fields that are displayed in the panel.
Some of the information that is displayed in the Account Period Detail panel is maintained by the system and cannot be modified. This system maintained information includes fields such as the year, period, division, department, account and the debit and credit totals in the record.
Other information in the account period record, such as the Budget and Forecast amount fields, can be modified in the panel by keying in the appropriate information and hitting the Save key.
