ASN Lookup for submitted AP Invoice

The ASN Lookup for submitted AP Invoice program displays the ASN (Advanced Shipment Notification) records that are present in the system for the selected invoice. 

ASN records are records that are sent to you by the vendor when goods are shipped to you by the vendor against a specific purchase order.  The ASN records detail the specific items and quantities being shipped out and they are used to allow the system to automate the processing of inventory related accounts payable invoices.
