ASN Management
The ASN Management Program allows you to locate and to view the Advanced Shipment Notification records that have been created in your system.
The ASN Management program allows you to display and to locate ASN records using several different display and search sequences. Once you have located an ASN record, the program also allows you to view detailed information about the ASN record and the Purchase Order information that is associated with the ASN record.
Display Sequences
The ASN Management program allows you display ASN records using the following sort sequences.
• Shipment Number
• Status/Account Number
• PO/Shipment Number
• Delivery Doc#
The ASN program also allows you to locate a specific ASN record by keying in or by using the Search Button to key in the information appropriate to the display sequence that is being used.
Once you have located an ASN record, you may display more detail about the record using the ZOOM and the PO Options that are available in the program.
