Clear Check(s) Button

The Clear Check(s) button is used to clear both local and foreign currency checks. Clearing is the process of identifying which checks have shown up on or cleared the bank statement.

Local checks are loaded with the date to indicate they are no longer outstanding.

Foreign currency checks are loaded with the date and the actual amount that they cleared the bank.
