Clearing the Holds for a Return To Vendor Order

If an RTV Order is placed on hold for any reason the order should be displayed in the Sales Order Hold Management program – along with any other orders on hold.  RTV Orders can be released in the same manner as other sales orders are released.  The Sales Order Hold Management program and Holds processing are described in more detail in the documentation for the Hold Management System.
