Count System - File Structures
Five database files on the system are used or modified when an inventory count is processed using the Inventory Count System. These files are the Inventory Count File, the Inventory Master File, the BinLoc or Bin Master File, the Inventory Activity File, and the Warehouse Transaction File. This section provides a brief description of how each of these files is used, or affected by, the Inventory Count system. Please note that this section lists only those fields in each file which are directly related to the count process. For a complete description of the listed database files and or the other fields contained in each file, please see the Expanded Definitions Documentation, or refer to the Data Dictionary information that is delivered with the system.
