Expand – Holds for Sales Order Lookup

When a Sales Order Hold record is selected in the Sales Order Hold Management program and the Expand option is selected, the system activates the Holds for Sales Order Lookup. The Holds for Sales Order Lookup allows you to view all of the hold history for the selected order and to clear any open holds for the order (if you have the appropriate release rights).
