File Status Report

The File Status report reads the current filelist being used by the system, opens each of the data files listed in the filelist, and it creates a tab delimited report that lists the file number, logical name and physical file name for each file, along with the number of records that are contained in the file.  The report can be used to verify that all files can be accessed or opened by the system and it can also be used to check the number of records in each file.
