Hold Processing – Viewing Open Holds

The open holds for each sales order can be viewed using the following methods

•      Using the Sales Order Management (or another order lookup)  program.  All of the open holds for each order are displayed in the Holds field

•      Using the Holds Option available from the Sales Order Management or other Lookup programs.  The Holds for Sales Order Lookup displays the hold records for the order and it allows you to see both open and closed hold records

•      Using one of the Holds Management programs.  The programs that are optimized to release order holds allow you to view all of the holds for each order, and they also allow you to access other customer, accounts receivable and other information about the current customer and order.
