Misc Tab Page

The Misc or Miscellaneous Tab Page displays the sales order hold string (the open holds that are currently placed on the order), the original holds field (the list of all hold codes (open or closed) that have been placed on the order), and some other fields such as the Ticket Bill and Special fields.
