Record Data Change History

When a valid record is selected in the Catalog Manager program and the Data Change History option is selected using the Context (right mouse) Menu, the system activates the Changes Viewer Program and it loads the program with the Data Change history that has been recorded for the selected field in the selected Catalog record.

When a valid record is selected in the Catalog Manager program and the Record Data Change History option is selected using the More Menu, the system activates the Changes Viewer Program and it loads the program with the Data Change history that has been recorded for the selected Catalog record (all fields in the record).

Data Change records are used to record and display the changes that are made to records after they are saved the first time.  Each Data change record contains information about the unique data record and data field that was edited, the prior and current contents of the data field, the operator initials of the operator who made the change to the record and the date and time that the record was edited.
