The Sales Manager Editor is used to create and maintain the sales manager records that are used by StreamV.
StreamV allows you to define and to track several different types of sales representatives in the system. Each customer can be assigned a default sales rep, an inside sales rep, an outside sales rep, a territory, and an edi sales rep.
As orders are entered for a customer, the system loads the default sales rep for the customer into the order, and this rep can be changed on an order by order basis.
The system keeps track of the rep used for each sales order or invoice, the operator who entered the order (the orep) and the assigned rep for the customer (the trep or customer rep) in addition to other information that can be used for sales reporting and analysis.
