SO Credit Comment Button

The SO Credit Comment Button allows you to view or edit the dedicated Credit Comment for the sales order, or to create a Credit Comment for the order if one does not already exist.  Credit Comments are comments that are used to store order specific credit related information.  If you press the SO Credit Comment Button and a Sales Order Credit Comment does not already exist for the order, the system will prompt you to confirm if one should be created..  Once the Credit Comment for the sales order  is displayed in the Comment Detail panel, you may view and edit the text information based on system and comment security settings.
