Addresses Tab Page

The Addresses Tab Page displays the Customer and the BillTo Address information for the company.  The main or customer address shown in the left hand side of the Tab Page is used as the default address for billing the customer - unless the BillTo address information has been loaded.

Some of the fields in the addresses panel are validated using tables or data files and the information entered into these fields is restricted based on the information that has been entered into the appropriate table or data file (examples include the State, Country, and County fields).  The prompt key or button can be used in these fields to display a list of the valid entries that can be selected from. The main address section of the panel also contains two buttons.  One of these buttons (Map It) will generate a map showing the company address, and the other button (Copy-->) is used to default or move the main address information into the BillTo address information for the company.

The BillTo address information is used when you receive orders from one address but need to send invoices to a different company or address for payment processing.  The BillTo address information is used only if the Company Name is loaded.  Two phone numbers that are associated with the BillTo address can also be stored in the section of the panel.  A button (Map It) also allows you to generate a map that shows the BillTo address.
