Clear and Reload Button

The Clear and Reload Button is used to reload the information in the Wordlist and Keyword data files. 

If you select the Clear and Reload option without using the Fast Clear option first, the system will delete and rebuild the information in the keyword files (it will delete all of the records in the files and then rebuild the files).

If you have used the Fast Clear Button to zero out the keyword data files, prior to selecting the  Clear and Reload option, the system skips deleting the keyword data (the files are already empty) and it rebuilds the information in the keyword files.  This method is substantially faster than Clearing and Reloading at the same time, but it requires exclusive access to the data files.
