The Comment Button allows you to view the comments or text notes that have been created for the current record.
In some cases, the comment button will display the single comment associated with the selected record.
In other cases, the comment button may display multiple comments for the current record, or activate a list of the comments associated with the record. For example. If you are viewing an invoice line item, and you press the comment button, the system will display the Invoice Header and the Invoice Line Item comments (if any) that have been created for the invoice line. If you are viewing a list of the customers in the system and you press the comment button, the system will display a list of the comments that have been created for the selected customer.
