This procedure is used to create the special customer record that is used to process Return to Vendor Transactions.
• Select the Customer Manager program from the CRM Operations Menu
• Enter a new customer. Set the Account Number to COVE-RTV, the customer name to RETURN TO VENDOR, and the customer address fields to show Special record used for Processing vendor returns. Enter your city, state, zip. Set the Default OE Type for the customer to L, and load any order holds that should be skipped for the customer (possibly price, margin, loaner, and credit holds) into the Skip Holds field of the record. The hold codes used by the system are discussed in the documentation for the Hold Management System.
