Credit Card Processing – Hold Release

The system automatically authorizes credit card orders as they are saved, so orders should not be placed on hold due to the credit card (the operator will be unable to save the order unless they obtain a valid cc authorization, or change the payment terms on the order to a non-credit card type term).  If the order is on hold for a different reason (rep, credit limit, customer on hold, margin), the holds need to be released from the order before the order can ship.

Once any holds have been released from the order, and the items on the order are available to ship, the items are picked and the order is completed or invoiced.
