Credit Memos against this Invoice

The Credit Memos against this Invoice option allows you to view any credit memos or other invoices that have been created for the selected invoice.

When the Credit Memos option is selected, the system activates the Credit Against Invoice Lookup program and it loads the program with any invoices which have the Original Invoice field loaded with the invoice number from the selected invoice.  The Original Invoice field is used to tie related invoices together.

Once the Credit Memos for the current invoice are displayed, you may use the Zoom, Expand or Payments option to view more detailed information about the invoices shown in the lookup.
