The Customer Contact Lookup program displays the Contact records that have been created for a single customer. The Customer Contact Lookup program also allows you to
• Access the Contact Detail panel which can be used to create a new contact for the customer or edit the information for the existing contacts for the customer.
• View and Edit the Comments for an existing Contact record.
• Add new Comment records for existing Contacts.
• View the Image records that have been associated with an existing Contact.
• Create new Image records for existing Contacts.
