The CRM Lookup programs are used to view Customer, Contact, and related document and transaction details. The CRM Lookup programs allow you review and process Customer Order, Quote, Loaner, Opportunity, Action and Incident Records and they also allow you to display detailed information about open and closed documents and transactions.
Please Note: Some of the CRM Lookup programs described in this section are called from other CRM Lookup programs. This is done in order to allow you to “drill down” through transaction activity. For example, the Sales Order Lookup program calls the Sales Order Lines Lookup program, which calls the Sales Order Line Detail program. In cases where one lookup program calls another, the secondary lookup programs are documented individually and are only briefly described from the calling program. This allows the features in each lookup to be highlighted and prevents duplicate documentation for the same program.
In addition, some of the CRM Lookup Options, such as the AR Invoice Lookup, call or activate programs from other modules in the system. The AR Invoice Lookup is used to display open and closed accounts receivable invoices and is part of the AR Module. In cases where a Lookup program from another module is included, the program is completely documented in the module that it belongs to and it is only referenced from other modules. The Help system will automatically call the correct (complete documentation) for each program regardless of where the program is accessed from.
