The Customer Info Tab Page displays information about any sales order line that has been associated with the selected shop order. The system allows a shop order to be entered for a specific sales order line item. When this option is used, the system will automatically try to allocate the selected shop order to the sales order line pointed to by the shop order when the shop order is completed.
When a shop order has been associated with or linked to a sales order line item, the system will display the sales order number and line that the order has been assigned to in the Order No: and Line fields and it will display the customer name from the sales order in the Company field in the panel.
