Changes to validation tables, and other data changes - removing table based records, adding validation tables, loading fields for new procedure or process implementation can be accomplished by the site administrator. These changes can disruption to operations and possible data loss, damage or corruption to data files, if they are not performed correctly. For that reason, significant changes should be analyzed in advance and they should only be performed when the adminstrator is comfortable that they understand the effects of the change and the steps required to successfully implement it.
When Cove is involved in the site specific changes, we will analyze the effects of the change prior to implmenting them, and identify any steps that are required (setting up table, updating new record defaults, loading existing data) to implement the change with no or mimimal disruption to current operations.
