Expand – Account Period Detail Lookup

When an Account Period Record is selected in the Account Period Lookup and the Expand option is used, the system displays the Account Period Detail Lookup and it loads the Lookup with the journal entry lines that were posted to the year, period, division, department, account and sub account specified in the Account Period record.  The Account Period Detail lookup displays the individual journal entry lines that were posted to the specified account period record, and the debit and credit totals of the lines shown in the lookup should agree with the debit and credit balances shown for the account in the selected period.
