Expand – Customer Detail

When a Contact record is selected in Contact Management and the Expand option is selected, the system activates the Customer Detail panel and it loads the panel with the company record pointed to by the selected contact.

The Customer Detail panel allows you to view and edit the information for the selected customer record. You may obtain more information about the Customer Detail panel by selecting the program and using the Help key to display the main application help for the program.
