The Contact Management Program displays the Customer Contact records that have been entered into your system using any of the several display sequences that are available in the program.
The Contact Management Program also allows you to perform the following tasks.
• Locate an existing contact based on the display sequence being used in the program.
• View and Edit the detailed information that is stored in each customer contact record. The Zoom option in the Contact Management program allows you access the Contact Detail program which allows you to view and edit the information for the selected contact.
• View and Edit the comments associated with the selected contact.
• Add a new comment for the selected contact.
• View the Images associated with the selected contact.
• Add a new image for the selected contact.
