Incidents Button

The Incidents Button allows you to view and edit the Incidents that have been created for the selected contact.  When a valid contact is loaded into the Contact Manager and the Incidents button is pressed, the system displays the Incident Lookup program and it loads the program with the incidents that have been created for the selected contact.   Open or closed incidents can be selected using the radio button that is located in the lower section of the Lookup program.

The Incidents Button can be used to view and update the incident records that have been entered into the system for the selected contact.  Open or closed incidents can be selected using the radio button that is located in the lower left section of the Lookup program.    A new incident can be created for the selected contact by pressing the Insert key.
