Inventory Adjustments

As Inventory item quantities are adjusted in the Inventory Adjustment program, the system prompts the user to indicate the bin being adjusted.  If the bin being adjusted does not exist (the quantity for an item is zero and is being increased), the user can create a bin record for the item by pressing the insert key in the Bin List.  The system will load the value in the default bin field of the inventory record into the bin record and this value can be accepted or overwritten as required.   The system will not allow you to adjust bin quantities below the quantity that has already been committed to printed sales and shop orders.
