Bin Transfers

A bin transfer program is provided to quickly transfer items between bins in the same warehouse.  As each transfer is processed, the user is prompted to select both the bin the item is being removed from and the bin that the item is being moved to.  If the destination bin is not listed in the available bins for the item in the warehouse, the operator can use the insert key to create a new bin for the item.  The transfer program checks the committed quantity in the source bin and will not allow the transfers that will drive the bin quantity below the quantity that has already been committed to printed sales and shop orders.
