Inventory Counting
The Stream Inventory Counting System allows you to quickly perform “cycle” (partial) or complete counts of the on hand inventory quantities in a selected warehouse location. The Inventory Counting system is used to substantiate the information in your general ledger for tax and audit purposes, and to improve on and verify the accuracy of the inventory control system. Inventory counts can be done on daily, period, or year-end basis as needed.
The following sections provide an overview of the Inventory Counting process.
Note: The Inventory Counting programs are currently only available in the StreamII Application. The StreamII programs can be accessed from the VDF or StreamV menu system (if the menu records are created), or from the StreamII Inventory Counting Menu.
