Keyword Lookup

The Keyword Lookup option – which can be selected from the More Menu in the Catalog Manager, allows you to locate the Catalog record or records that contain a specific keyword or keywords.

When you select the Keyword Lookup option, the system displays a prompt where you can input the keyword or keywords that are to be used for your search.  Once you have entered one or more keywords into the prompt and have pressed the Enter key or the OK button, the system searches through the Keyword Data files and it locates the Catalog records that contain all of the keyword information that you specified.  The Catalog Items that match your keyword search are then displayed in the Keyword Results Detail program.

Once the keyword system has displayed the results of your search, you may escape from the Keyword Detail program by pressing the Cancel Button or you may select one of the Catalog records and the system will load the selected record into the Catalog Manager program.
