Keyword Results Detail
The Keyword Results Detail Program is used along with the Keyword Prompt and it is used to display and optionally select the Catalog records which contain the keyword or keywords that were specified during a keyword search.
The Keyword Results Detail program also allows you to
• View the total quantity on hand and the list price for each Catalog Item displayed in the program. The Keyword Results Detail program automatically displays the Inventory total on hand quantity (the total quantity on hand in all warehouse locations in which the item exists) and the List price for each Catalog record.
• View or Edit the Catalog records displayed in the program. If a valid record is selected (highlighted) in the Keyword Results Detail Program and the Catalog Detail Button is pressed, the system loads the selected record into the Catalog Detail Panel for viewing and or editing.
• View Inventory, Bin, and Other records associated with the selected Catalog record. If a valid record is selected, (highlighted) in the Keyword Results Detail Program and the Warehouse List Button is pressed, the system activates the Warehouses Lookup program and it loads the program with the Inventory records that have been created for the selected Catalog record. The Warehouses Lookup program allows you to access the Inventory, Inventory Activity, Bin, Warehouse Transaction, and other information associated with each Inventory Item displayed in the program.
