Load the Taxtype and Taxcode for each Shipto record

Use the Update Shipto Taxcodes and Taxtypes from Zipcode File and Customer File program to load the Taxtype and Taxcode fields of each ship to record in the system.  The program loads the Taxcode field for each ship to record based on the ship to zip code and loads the Taxtype field based on the Taxtype assigned to the customer in the Customer Master File.
