Profile Button

The Profile Button allows you to view the question and answer or profile information that has been entered into the system for the selected customer.  When the profile button is pressed, the system displays the Customer Profile Lookup.  The Customer Profile Lookup displays the question records that have been created for the selected customer and any answers that have been collected for these questions.
