Sales Tax Certificate Lookup

The Sales Tax Certificate Lookup program is used to create, edit, and select from the resale certificate numbers or sales tax certificates for the selected customer. 

The Sales Tax Certificate Lookup program can be accessed from the Customer Manager and from the Shipto Address Detail program.

Zoom – Edit Certificate

Current Only Checkbox

Select Button

The Select Button is used to select the highlighted sales tax certificate and to return it to the program from which the Lookup was called.

Cancel Button

The Cancel Button allows you to close the Sales Tax Certificate Lookup and return to the program from which it was called, without selecting the highlighted certificate record.

Note:  Your ability to create new Sales Tax Certificate records in the Sales Tax Certificate Lookup is based on a system parameter.  This allows the system administrator to control who is allowed to enter sales tax information into the system.
