SKU Cross Reference Editor (FV079M06)

The SKU Cross Reference Editor is used to view and edit the Cross Reference records that are used by the SKU Conversion/UOM Reduction program.

The SKU Cross Reference Editor is used to specify the ratio between the large and small UOM item in each SKU Cross Reference record.  This ratio is used when transactions are processed with the record.  The Editor also allows you to view the other information in each SKU Cross Reference record.  This information includes the large and small UOM items and descriptions and the type and status codes from the record.

The SKU Cross Reference Editor is automatically displayed by the system when you create a new SKU Cross Reference record using the Insert key in the SKU Conversion /UOM Reduction program.  When you select the Insert option in that program, the system prompts you for the large and small UOM items to be used in the record, and then it saves the new record and displays the SKU Cross Reference Editor so that you can specify the ratio between the items.  Once you have specified the correct ratio, the Editor allows you to save the change by pressing the Save key.

The SKU Cross Reference Editor can also be accessed using the Zoom option in the SKU Conversion program.  When the Zoom option is selected in that program the system activates the editor and it loads the editor with the information from the selected record.  You can then view or modify the record and escape or save the changes as appropriate.
