SYS Reconciliation/Utilities/Audit Programs
The System Administration Reconciliation, Utility and Audit programs are used to reconcile customer, vendor and inventory information (rebuild the information based on document or transaction details), to check the data that has been entered in your system to make sure it is valid and complete (that all required fields are loaded and that any parent records exist for each child record), to analyze and update the records in your database, and to update the system.
