Accessing the Profile

The profile information for each customer can be accessed from numerous places; the marketing screen, customer master panel, and order entry pull down menus.

When the user selects to access the customer profile the system, displays a list of the available question sets. The user can select to view a single question set by highlighting the question set and pressing ENTER or pressing the ESCAPE to leave the list without selecting a question set to view all questions/answers for the customer.

Once the desired questions are on the screen the user can select a specific question to edit by pressing the ZOOM or ENTER key. The system then displays the question, a text block explaining the question and a space to record the answer.
