Cancelling a Quote

A Quote can be cancelled or deleted by loading the quote into the Sales Order Entry program.  Once the quote is loaded into the program, you may select the header portion of the order and use the Delete button to delete the entire quote.

Note: Quotes are not processed by the system, and quotes may not be completed.  No goods are ever shipped out for quote documents.
