Create a New Revision of the current BOM

The Create a New Revision of the current BOM option allows you to copy the selected bill of materials to a new bill of materials for the same item. When this option is selected, the system creates a new BOM revision for the same item with the same component information. The component information can then be modified as required for the new revision.
