Delete Button – Delete Bill of Materials
The Delete Button in the Bill of Materials Detail panel can be used to delete the selected Bill of Material Header record. This option can only be used after you have deleted any line items for the selected BOM. When the Delete option is used, the selected Bill of Materials Header record is deleted from the Bill of Materials Header file. You may also change the status of the record to Inactive. This will normally cause the Bill of Materials Management program to filter out the Inactive BOM when displaying Bill of Materials records but will leave the BOM in the system.
