The Expand Button allows you to view information that is associated with or related to the current record.
The Expand option can be used to drill down into the detail related to the current record, such as the account period totals and journal entry detail for a specific general ledger account.
The expand option also allows you to view information that is associated with the current record. Examples might include the Contacts or individuals for each customer or vendor company, the sales order line items associated with a sales order header, and the journal entry associated with a specific accounts payable invoice.
