Expand - Journal Entry Lookup

When the The Expand option is selected in the AR Invoice Activity Lookup, the system activates the Journal Entry Lookup.

The Journal Entry Lookup program displays all of the line item detail for a single journal entry.

The Journal Entry Lookup program also allows you to

• View the detailed information that is stored in each journal entry line displayed in the Lookup

• View and edit the Comment and Image information that is associated with each journal entry line.

The Journal Entry program is part of the General Ledger system and it is completely described in the documentation for that system.
