When a valid Customer record is highlighted in the Customer Lookup program and the Orders Button is pressed, the system executes the Customer Order Lookup program and it loads the program with the Type S orders (normal sales orders) that have been created on your system for the selected customer. The Customer Order Lookup program can be used to display all sales orders for the selected customer, and it also allows you to specify the orders to be displayed based on the order status. The program allows you to view detailed information about each order header and line item for the customer, and it also allows you to edit or convert the type of open orders.
